What Our Users Say
Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.
"I love it."

"Can't get it to download assets, and fully function on my pixel 6"
Daniel Lankin
"Phenomenal app, must have for any bird watcher!"
Jera Nicole Piper
"Download included NO photos, sound, etc. Another reviewer said need to go to Settings and UPDATE to have info. Odd way to set-up! But, now I can try it out."
Kathy Kershaw
"Didn't even work.... Downloaded everything .... Nothing worked at all... Tried on and off for the whole day.... Still nothing.... Sadly uninstall.. a refund would be nice."
Mike Fisher
"Excellent when it works, but sometimes you cannot clear filters and the only way to reset seems to be to reinstall. Sometimes when you reinstall there is no audio or images and at the moment I have neither! I later discovered you have to go into settings, scroll down to check for updates and you then get the option to download images and calls."
Paul Lynch
"This app is extraordinary when it works. It has been glitchy lately in the field, occasionally showing birds that should be out of range but not showing a bird that very much should have been listed for the geography and season. It took forever to find a help page. I emailed. Got no reply. This is the most I've ever paid for an app so I wish it didn't suddenly get glitchy lately. Now that I'm connected to WiFi it seems to be ok but how often is there WiFi in the middle of nowhere in the woods?"
Hilary Russ
"Does not work under Android 10. "Check for updates" goes to page to download data, and data appears to be downloaded, but species pages come up blank, as if data aren't in the expected location."
Jack Saba
"I have a Galaxy Note 10. The screen where you look at the specific birds and the song symbol next to the bird doesn't appear to work. If I touch it the screen is black and words at top are cut off."
Tamara BORLAND
"I cannot use the filter. There are no comparisons popping up at all. Otherwise, it works"
